autel md802 card problem

Hi, today i bought new md802 from my friend, he lost sd card and CD. I cannot register it now on auteltech.com and download softwear because i have only serial number from md802 body. When im trying to start machine it shows only maxidiag elite logo and website adres, also an icon which shows me to put in sd card. When I put in new SD card maschine doesnt starts. What to do?? Give it back to seller?? -
